Cricex Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear. Reading these definitions first will help you understand the rest of the document clearly.

• "Cricex" or "we" or "us" refers to the platform operating at cricex-jit.com and the company that owns and operates it.
• "You" or "the user" or "the player" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on Cricex.
• "Account" means the registered user account you hold on the Cricex platform, through which you access betting, casino and other services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your Cricex account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit bonuses added to your account by Cricex under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance on Cricex.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, casino, virtual sports, slots, live scores and other features available through cricex-jit.com.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the currency in which all Cricex transactions are denominated.

To register and use Cricex, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Cricex takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds — including winnings — may be withheld.
• You must be registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party. Account sharing is not permitted. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold a registered account on Cricex. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended pending investigation.
• You must not be self-excluded from Cricex or from online gambling platforms under any self-exclusion agreement that extends to Cricex.

Your Cricex account is personal to you. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account and must take reasonable steps to keep it secure at all times.

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share login credentials with anyone. Cricex staff will never ask you for your password.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Cricex support at support@cricex-jit.com immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze during the review.
• You may only hold one active Cricex account at any time. If you close your account and later wish to return, you must contact support to have a new account opened rather than registering independently.
• Cricex may close or suspend any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting Cricex support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Cricex accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, stakes and winnings are denominated in PKR. Cricex does not apply currency conversion to player funds.

The following deposit methods are currently available on Cricex: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Cricex does not accept deposits from accounts that are not in your registered name. Third-party funding is prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and possible account suspension.

Cricex does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside Cricex's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

Cricex processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and applies to all Cricex accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on Cricex is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on standard withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to a manual review that adds up to 24 hours to processing time.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT withdrawals take 1–3 hours depending on the recipient bank.
• Cricex does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent, subject to any applicable verification holds.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has cleared all applicable wagering conditions can be requested as a withdrawal.
• Cricex reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. Accounts that fail to provide requested documents within 14 days may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.

All sports betting on Cricex — including cricket, football, esports and virtual sports — is governed by these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once Cricex has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been assigned. Cricex reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion before acceptance is confirmed.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are clearly published in error — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed failure or human error — Cricex reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bets have been settled.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets on Cricex close temporarily during key moments (wickets, goals, injuries). Bets placed after the relevant event but before data has updated may be voided at Cricex's discretion.
• Match Abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned or significantly reduced in overs before reaching the minimum required for official result, bets placed on that match will generally be voided and stakes returned. Market-specific rules may vary — check the relevant Cricex market description.
• Maximum Winnings: Cricex applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rs 10,000,000 per event. Bets placed that would yield winnings in excess of this limit will be capped at that amount at settlement.
• Multiple Bets / Accumulators: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to be successful. If one selection is voided, the accumulator reverts to the next smallest number of selections and odds are recalculated accordingly.

All casino games and slot titles available on Cricex — including slots, card games, virtual sports and other casino products — operate using Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. Cricex publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game in the lobby.

The RTP figure represents the theoretical long-run return across millions of game rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions. Each spin, hand or game round is independent of all previous results. Past outcomes have no influence on future results in any Cricex casino game.

• Demo (free play) mode is available on all Cricex slot titles without account registration. Demo credits have no real-money value and cannot be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Cricex may void and reclaim winnings from any casino game where there is evidence of a software malfunction, RNG error or exploitable technical fault that produced results outside the certified game parameters.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full by Cricex, subject to identity verification for amounts above Rs 1,000,000.

Cricex offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, time limits and minimum odds requirements — which are published alongside the promotion. These general bonus rules apply to all Cricex promotions unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each Cricex bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino and some other products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms on Cricex.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit while using bonus funds may be voided and bonus funds removed.
• Bonus Abuse: Cricex actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. Any such activity may result in bonus removal, account suspension and recovery of associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire on the date stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and are not reinstated.

Cricex is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling carries risk of harm for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Cricex users from within the account settings screen.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Cricex account. Limit increases take 24 hours to become active; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period on Cricex. Once reached, betting is suspended until the limit period resets or you raise the limit — which requires the 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length. Cricex will notify you as you approach the limit and will end your session automatically once it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 1 day, 7 days or 30 days. During this period your account remains registered but all betting and deposit functionality is suspended on Cricex.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself or set a fixed exclusion period of minimum 6 months. Contact support@cricex-jit.com to request self-exclusion. Cricex processes all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours.

Cricex maintains strict standards to protect the integrity of the platform for all users. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

• Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Cricex account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or interfere with the Cricex platform in any way.
• Exploiting software errors or malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected malfunction are not valid and will be voided by Cricex.
• Collusion with other players in poker, card games or any other competitive game format on Cricex.
• Using the Cricex platform for money laundering or any activity that contravenes applicable financial regulations. Cricex is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any identity verification process conducted by Cricex.

All content on cricex-jit.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game graphics, odds data, score feeds, software and user interface design — is the property of Cricex or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Cricex platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence or otherwise exploit any Cricex content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Cricex.

Cricex provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure uptime, accuracy and reliability, Cricex does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, data feed errors or internet connectivity issues outside our control.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that your account has been affected by a platform error, contact support@cricex-jit.com within 30 days of the event. Dispute claims submitted after 30 days may not be investigated. Cricex will review all disputes and provide a written response within 10 business days. The Cricex decision on bet settlement disputes is final.

Cricex's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Cricex reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Cricex will provide notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Cricex after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and return of any real-money balance.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently amended. Previous versions of the Cricex Terms and Conditions are available on request from support@cricex-jit.com.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Cricex is licensed to operate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of Pakistan to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract. By using Cricex, you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Cricex disputes process described in Section 12.
